Stuck in Iron Islands!!!

As you can see i'm stuck at this island near Kingsmoot. There's NO WAY i can get out of this islands. Is this a bug or what? What is this harbour btw it doesnt do anything

I was trying to get on Faircastle near Casterly Rock as i was at war against Iron Islands they attacked me and i found myself on this island. Ai easily can take a boat an sail on the sea i see them sometimes but i cant. Is there anyone in the harbour that i can get a boat?
