Disabling Light/Sun Reflection on Armors/Weapons

Is it possible to disable or remove this? I have all my settings to low but it seems like its the only setting that sticks.

Try turning off HDR mode.

I already have it on Off. I've even tried turning it to Low first, and then Off to see if there even was a difference, but it still seems to stay there.
