Robb survived red wedding. Error straight after deciding sides.

I was up north doing the whitewalker quests and out of nowhere after exiting the cave the red wedding quest came up.
Im kinda a veteran in this mod been doing alot of playthroughs and this was the first time in 4.3.6 that i didnt have enough time Saving Robb.
After exiting the cave i didnt even make it to Fist of the first men before the Message of Robb and all his hosts has been slain happened. And then an error message came up with some fails. No crashes just "NO TRIGGER" bugs.
So i went exploring what happened and went to the Twins to see if this could truly have happened in my first full realism playthrough with no quicksaving etc.

He appears to be just inside Chilling next to Walder Frey. When i talk to him he tells me to: Surrender or die u scum

Unlucky for me. Wonder what will happen when im going to avenge him. Will his big ass party be against me?

Also noticing that changing culture from minister seems to be bugged. I cannot recruit other soldiers from villages under my own kingdom than the one i picked from the start. The garrison method still works with culture change however. And my Lords recruit the kind i chose for them.

If you mean you own a fief and can't recruit from it then yes.  I usually just don't let anyone claim a few and you can recruit.

Or as you said, have others change culture etc.
