Quest: "We take what is ours" glitch

WARNING! THIS POST CONTAINS SPOILERS TO THE QUEST IF YOU HAVE NOT FOUND, STARTED, AND/OR COMPLETED!!

[spoiler]Upon aggravating the Ironborn Raiders and having the leader tell you to meet him outside the town at noon to fight, I forced the leader to follow me for a while around the Arbor Island. Eventually a Westerlands caravan came into view and he began fighting them. Then, a Reach vassal came and joined the fight. At this point I joined as well but chose to have my troops fight without me, alongside my allies. After the victory the normal gold, loot, and morale boost happened but no conversation with the Ironborn Leader (dunno if there's supposed to be one). Nor did my quest log get completed or advanced for defeating the Ironborn. After, I talked to Rory and nothing changed with his dialogue.[/spoiler]

I'm playing on the most updated Steam Workshop version on static wars if that makes a difference.
