Sorry,I coulnd't understand that word. İs it says Can't we claim the throne ? Can't we sit to Iron throne ? Or can't we be legitimate ruler ?

Indictment-a formal charge or accusation of a serious crime.
He means your King, I think he specifically means Valarr Blackfyre, does not accuse you of treason and take all of your lands if you have a low relationship status with him.
