Many problems about looting after war

I have just destroyed 45 robber knights and I only looted one greave (Looting skill is 10 ) also ı looted a robber knight camp I only looted 2 mail mittens this is really not fair and when I give all loot to my soldiers nothing changes in morale

What was your party size? Party size rapidly degrades the amount of loot you can acquire since the loot is split between you and you men.

Hate to say it but that does seem about right from a loot standpoint for that force ratio.  What does your morale status state?  If it is excellent then you may be at the point of no gain.  Though it is rare sometimes you can max out at a lower level if you do not have a good food mix.  I have been known to butcher the prisoners for meat and party morale never improves much if you do that.
