Title: 2.2 - The Tickler

•The Hollow Hill quest wouldn't allow me to capture The Tickler or get the book to complete this quest.

I was able to edit The Tickler to finish this quest. He was tagged as unmovable and by removing that, the quest was able to be completed.

Remember that this won't work on previous saves. I tested it with a new game.
