Title: [2.2] Ice breaks in combat

The valyrian weapon broke when I was in combat with giants.

I've tried amending the item_kinds1 to amend this (on my own game) and I haven't been able to get it to not break either, so this is definitely a job for Produno.

Is it only ice? I missed it from the valyrian steel type trigger so i may have missed it in this trigger too.

I've tried every other weapon, doesn't seem to be any issues. (Or not with those attainable ingame)
