Unsure if this is a bug or I haven't waited long enough (but I have waited a long time)
After the Sunspear quest I accidentally declined the followup from Varys, ever since he's refused to give it to me telling me he doesn't need me right now. Will I ever get access to it?
Don't think so, sorry.
So I can never initiate Targ invasion as I clicked wrong button? Christ..
