1.2 sailor ship speed

it seems sailors no longer add to ship speed, sellsails add x2 and vet sellsails add the correct amount.  -clarification-  12 sailors will add 0 sailors worth of speed to your ships, 12 sellsails will add 24 sailors worth of speed to your ships, 12 vet. sellsails will add 12 sailors worth of speed to your ships.

Ah ok, my bad. Looks like I had added sellsails twice instead of regular sailors.
