One thing I use generally with villages I send spies to enough of them. It's increases the relation with Village till 21 in time. It's the best and easiest way to increase commoner trust, which is super boring to do repetetive quests for villages

Questline hasn't progressed since Craster's Keep Quest. It will go further after 5.0 version

2) When factions defeated, their lords scatter around the world, while you play at static they aren't changing factions
3) Choose the region when you recruit, not the kingdom, when you choose your own kingdom it doesn't work, for example you take the north as your kingdom, when you recruit, choose The North, not the name of your kingdom

Is it foundable in-game or is it still exist only in cheat-menu?

Go to the Castle you want to make your residence and do it from there. It happened to me once in older versions, not sure about how now
