Major update to my testing. I basically confirmed that the disappearance bug still exists in the 4.3.6 version uploaded in this thread. I am providing 3 save points - these are FRESH 4.3.6 saves, not using any pre-existing from 4.3.4. The first 'Test' save is immediately after Khal Zinno is released from prison. 'Test 2' involves Jorah imprisoned at Saltpans. 'Test 4' is after Jorah's rescued and 30 days passed.

I should also say that I didn't notice any problems with Targaryen navigation or indefinite patrolling, though they didn't take Sharp Point in my campaign. In either 4.3.4 or 4.3.6

Also experiencing this bug. Jorah Mormont, Theon Greyjoy, and two Khals are missing after their release from prison. Theon has been gone for nearly 80 days. Version 4.3.4, ModDB.

Ok, I know which script this is, it's the same one that was causing issues with the Targ lords always patrolling.

If anyone can try this build and let me know if the Targ lords reappear. It may take a few ingame weeks. @BladedQueen @Karolinen @EvocativeAxis

Don't forget to save first so you do not loose your progress if there are issues.

I tested the changes. My original save was day 147, ended up at day 243. No one returned, and Daenerys herself was captured halfway through. I let over 30 days pass after her release from prison, and she also never returned. Asked Greyworm about all of them and he doesn't know where they are - I also cheated to view every party on the map, and the missing Targaryen lords were definitely absent, as their location status hadn't updated.

Edit: I'm also beginning a new test with a fresh campaign. Minor bug: I noticed Jon Snow is bald after he's made Lord Commander.

Another bug involves any relations boost with an NPC after completing or advancing a dynamic quest: https://imgur.com/a/ooPSBBN

The relations boost does still work, it's just buried by the script error and takes a while to show up in the log.

'multiplayer profile troop male' is shown in quest dialogue instead of Mountain Clansmen. This results in follow-up dialogue options being hidden, and the menu can't be exited, forcing the player to close Warband and reload an earlier save. I don't know if this bug applies to other lair enemy types like Forest Bandits.

AWoIaF version 4.3.4 from ModDB.

One more bug to report. Highgarden's prison is inaccessible, there appears to be no functioning entrance. I tried moving along every inch of the building from multiple angles and couldn't get the entrance message to appear.

Help & Support / Re: About the Dothraki

For whatever it's worth, I would also prefer to see Dothraki charge en masse with arakhs, or at least tone down the horse speeds. Their current behavior as evasive horse archers causes me to avoid them at all costs, and not because they're challenging to fight - chasing down the stragglers simply takes forever and isn't fun.

As some others have reported, I'm also experiencing the absence of Daenerys. She doesn't ever leave the ocean for land - I waited over a month. Jorah also shows up twice on the list when inquiring about Daenerys' location, whereas she isn't listed at all.

The marshal of Dragonstone seems to think Driftmark Ferry is a viable siege target. Spicetown was also previously 'sieged' by the Riverlands and still shows a permanent "Under Siege" icon on the overland map, forcing Dragonstone AI to defend the area and limiting their ability to decide on an offensive action. The marshal is in a perpetual loop into and out of Driftmark Ferry.

Both problems persist even after Driftmark has flipped factions several times.

Lastly, I received a quest from Joffrey to destroy a bandit lair and did so, even receiving my reward and removing the quest from my list, but the location did not disappear. It never vanished after being 'destroyed', though it also can't be re-entered.

v4.0 / Robb Stark Alive
December 30, 2018, 08:10:41 PM
Robb Stark is left alive after the Red Wedding event. He's been captive in Winterfell for hundreds of days now and never leaves. I see no impact on gameplay (besides reinforcing Winterfell), since Roose Bolton is functioning as the North's leader and Robb doesn't even show up in the lord or character list, but it's lore-breaking to see him in the castle, and his reply is uncharacteristic: https://imgur.com/a/ty05dXW  ;D

Note that I chose to side with the Starks and Tullies when prompted, but did not attend the wedding before it happened.
