I nearly literally died when I first saw the heads shooting off like that, it's actually funny.

Hahaha i know right.  sitting on my horse sometimes all i see are round blobs just shooting up into the sky lol

Yeah Anguy has the weird face as well.

My 2.51 playthrough is on a new clean save, so not to sure why it's just these two haha.

Found this guy looking a bit strange 

Description: During battles, if either the player or NPC scores a decapitation hit on an enemy 3 lines of error code occur. The decapitated head either ragdolls properly, or it shoots off into the air like a rocket 



Happens in every battle, though it is not game breaking just wondering why its happening. An example of the error code is
