I've always encountered bandit leaders wielding strongbows, even with looting up to 6 and a minimal sized party and a good amount of farming. Came up with nothing, any other ways to get it? Can't use the cheat menu for some reason, so that option is out the window. Would the wandering merchant have it by the luck of the draw? Would be grateful on any feedback.
