it seems sailors no longer add to ship speed, sellsails add x2 and vet sellsails add the correct amount.  -clarification-  12 sailors will add 0 sailors worth of speed to your ships, 12 sellsails will add 24 sailors worth of speed to your ships, 12 vet. sellsails will add 12 sailors worth of speed to your ships.

its a known bug, just have to wait for the patch to come out, it should be out soon from what i can gather.  i could be total wrong on that however.  i can tell you the castle and village are located on a small island nowhere near where you think you found them    you think you found them between Pentos and Norvos along a river.  But really you found them on a small island west of old valyria    Some how you magically teleported without knowing it or something!!!  Congrats on your skills!!!  Stay tuned for version 1.11 your going to love it.
