This mod is based around the gritty, harsh world of A Game of Thrones, so expect it to be hard. You could set everything to easy in the options menus. That helps. Also when you create a character select 'allow me to quit without saving.' This pretty much means you can do anything, and just load if something goes wrong.

You can turn off stamina in the mod menu when you set up camp (I think)

Don't worry about it. It doesn't mean anything and happens to everyone. I'm pretty sure Produno has said it's not a priority to fix, and doesn't really do anything.

While playing the Dev build 17.09.15 it seems that hard home, the great hall has a building stuck inside of it.

Sometimes, when in a city with no garrison, you still pay for accommodation, even though it gives no cost when selected.
