wow nice report, I'm going to confirm a lot of his, and he's got a few more than I have but here's mine

Cheatmenu:

personal not the more unique armor seems less epic than the common armor that you can buy from merchants...like for example the awesome looking Targ Plate Armour is 55 body armor and like 15 leg armor when regular plate armor is like 55 armor and 45 leg armour- fixed beta 7 hotfix #1

Run Away Surfs: when talking to the surfs they all appear shirtless

all Tyrell lords in court look like they are only wearing socks no boots
all male Vale lords in court are wearing nobleman cloths execpt they are also wearing their Plate Helm so it looks hilarious- fixed beta 7 hotfix #1

Guarding a lords wife to a location only gives reputation w/ the lords wife rather than the lord your doing the task for

House Targaryen vassals seem to have spawned all over the map, their parties are black like the Nights Watch and they have no flags over them

Script Errors when entering the great halls of Winterfell, Pyke, Pentos, Highgarden, Storms End, and Casterly Rock

Also, not sure if this is because I played it in windows mod but when I buy a ship and tell it to go to another port the list cuts off at a certain point and you can't scroll down to pick the lower half of the list...so your only sending ships to the same 10 (?) ports.

EDIT: also forgot, all Essosi lords have no flags to indicate they are lords parties so you see massive colored armies of like 120 soldier and can easily cofuse them for bandits or something unless you scroll over them or actually know what your looking at :)- fixed beta 7 hotfix #1

Denys Mallister of the Nights Watch has a wife in Shadow Tower

also Nights Watch Flags I think are the same for a faction flag in essos if I remember right, same for The Free Folk I think

Bugs from my other reports are still in game and I found new ones:

get_object failed for mesh: westeros_ruined_castle_grey x3 when starting a new game - fixed beta 7.4

personal note: from looking through the cheatmenu there is A LOT of items that you can probably get rid of, many redundant armours, shields, weapons (so many different arming swords w/ different stats as well as longswords, broadswords, long and short arming swords and bastard swords), regular clothes. Only thing you can use more of are mittens/gloves/ and gauntlets
I would buff the unique armours and helms so they are better than the common ones as well as faction specific shields while removing some common shields
This is an ongoing thing, hence my post in the sub forum. I shall get to them all eventually.
Redwyne: House Redwyne didn't have an ancesteral blade, I would change this to Dawn for House Dayne, Heartsbane for House Tarly, Lady Forlorn for House Corbray, Orphan Maker for House Roxton, Red Rain for House Drumm, Nightfall for House Harlaw, Brightroar the lost Lannister Blade, or Vigiliance for House Hightower
I know you said you can't do this but it's worth mentioning again, making the Icon's appear better for everything, so players can easily differentiate what is good and what is not, after a while of scrolling over every piece of armour or weapon the numbers all seem to blur for me as I got more tired (idk what is different here but in Cozurs mod it seems like Icons have less blur around them and are more defined)

cheat menu bugs:

I would remove all the walkers from castles as there are so many pathfinding issues w/ them, here's a list of castles w/ walker problems:

When Joffrey is in Kings Landing there are still multiples of each Kingsguard spawning in the great hall (might have to many spawn points or something in the room) - fixed Beta 7.4

Varys, I call uncle on this guest, every time I go to Sunspear to sell my happy dreams like he says to do (I'v talked to everyone about 5 times even the guards and merchants) I just can't seem to find the spy

Towns with broken spawns:
Barrowtown when you take a walk everyone spawns in an invisible box and the castle is in the air
Riverrun when you take a walk everyone spawns in an invisible box but you are in the town
Gulltown when you take a walk the sky is all fractured and the town is elevated so you can see under all the buildings
Highgarden when you take a walk everyone spawns in an invisible box
These are all half finished which will be removed before Beta 7 final.

is there an option to turn off companion complaints? I won a battle and one of the companions immediatly complained instead of saying how great everyone was, was annoying. - they have very low thresholds, so although they complain its unlikely they will leave.

New quick run through, I'll list new bugs or ones that you've crossed out

Ice is still one/two-hander (think it might have something to do w/ all two handed swords being usable on horseback, logically only one handers could be and I'm realizing it w/ Ice because Ice is such an important sword)
more Greyjoy armors are pure white (we already discussed this but still worth mentioning) - fixed Beta 7.3

nit-picking w/ the prelude again, "Bolster" in the Martell section is capitalized and it doesn't need to be :/ - fixed Beta 7.3
Coif and Plate (big headpiece) when you equip it in your inventory it shows you as holding it by your side and your character is bald. - fixed Beta 7.3
Plate Helm top part of your head is showing despite it looking like it should cover your head completely, also it makes you bald. - fixed Beta 7.3

same script error when entering Casterly Rock as Highgarden, same script errors x2 when entering Pyke castle, x2 at Storms End, delayed script error x3 in Winterfell castle

talked to everyone in Sunspear for the Varys quest but none seem to be the messenger he wants me to find
- Fixed Beta 7.2

also, to make things easier, are there lists of the unique weaponmakers/companions/quests? - The only lists are on the Wiki, though not much has been posted there.

and found a nifty little bug/abuse of the mystic vendor, every time you leave and re-enter a tavern the mystic vendors inventory resets so you can abuse the crap out of it until you either run out of money or get all the stuff you wanted - I will be changing his use at some point, maybe I will do that before the next release.

companions now work, though I can't find Qyburn (pretty sure he is a companion and I saw him last time). Will test more later today - hes been added for next update

Beta 7 / Bugs so far

the Prelude:

Warden of the East (E needs to be capitalized)
Robb was named King of the North and Trident
anytime you mention The North (it should be capitalized as it's referring to the faction)
- modified B7.1
once the prelude is done running it's coruse it just stops on the last screen about the book and show rather than going into the character creation screen as (i assume) would be the logical path, you have to click the screen and hit "go back" (one of the two options, the other to re-watch the prelude) and create your character from there. - this is a minor bug so i will put it on the back burner for now untill others are fixed

Tournaments:

if you win and they give you a "sword fit for a prince" you end up with a dagger - fixed B7.1
I won the tourney at Qohor and they gave me Wolf Armour (shouldn't that be restricted to The North?) - fixed B7.1
sometimes Champion Fighters spawn with just underware on and fight brawler style w/ their fists- fixed B7.1
sometimes you spawn with your gear you use and other times with the gear the tourney assigns you
one tourney I won they gave me a "armored greek horse", in inventory was just an armored horse - fixed B7.1
you can apparently use two handed swords on horseback

Books that exist but give no bonus (gives weight and intelligence needed to read them):

2 spears called "Angons" described as polearms but the two next to them are also called Angons and are throwing weapons, not sure what it's supposed to be - ones a throwable version of the other

Longclaw: when you pull it out as a weapon there is nothing in your hand, though your doing damage as if it was, think the graphics got messed up - should be fixed B7.3?
Dawn Ray: is a spear, but what is it? has a name so I assume it's something special - nope nothing special, remnants of the old module.

other annoyances:
is there an option to turn off weather effects? personally they annoy me - no idea tbh, ive never bothered
when talking to the guild master and trying to buy an enterprise if you say it's not worth it, it kicks you back out to the main dialogue menu for the guild master rather than the list of enterprises to choose from
only way to make peace w/ a faction if you accidentally pissed them off is to catch one of their lords in a keep or town, if you find them in the field you have no choice but to either attack or leave
selling prisoners to Yoren doesn't give you a boost in relations to the Nights Watch as it does for the regular Wandering Crows
Runestones near Gulltown is almost entirely sunken into the map - fixed Beta 7.3
Braavos when you first go to enter the city you have to navigate your way through a maze of trees that have grown through the bridge leading into the town
Lyseno Maar is not a Lysene lord, he is a member of the Golden Company - fixed Beta 7.4
despite having over 100 reputation and 3000 renown I still can't equip anything on my companions, have them rally support for a claim, or outfit them with better gear, all I can do is have them show me their skills which if they can be upgraded I can do through this option, or have a duel w/ them. - Fixed B7.1
when going to buy a horse by just looking at the pictures you can't tell what a horse is or which ones are ponies, you have to scroll over them to see what they are. - Nothing i can do about this.

A World of Ice and Fire / Banner Packs

I have completed Banner Packs for every region of Westeros and every known families CoA. Here is a link to my Mediafire site where I'v uploaded everything, if theres a problem viewing them let me know, you will need Paint.net or GIMP (I used Paint.net) to view them as they are all mostly .dds files, I'm sure some of the boarders are off or some of the banner are bad, feel free to tweak them as necessary all the individual .dds files are included so you should be able to tweak them fairly easily

EDIT: I just tried to do my own personal banner and add it to ACOK, these banner I made are likely very small compared to the ones in the game and will likely need to be re-sized. Also, as you can see I just colored them the correct way (according to their pictures from the wikis), I have no idea how to make them look darker or dirtier I guess you could say, that is something an actual artist will have to do, I hope I made whoever that persons job will be easier by compiling all the banners :/.

sometimes I spawn into a competition with my gear, other time I look like I belong in dorne (this goes for every tournament all over the map)

also I noticed in one tournament that I took out a Pict, isn't that an English/Scottish tribe?

3 of the books the book merchant sells are the same for both: Linage and Histories of the Great Houses of the Seven Kingdoms, Annals of the Black Centaur, and A Maesters Book of Potions. - Fixed Hotfix #2

did a quick run through the cheatmenu to see if there was anything still missing, pages 3 and 4 of the cheatmenu my game would minimize and tell me textures where missing, didn't catch them, was kinda like the RGL error before but this time it actually told you which textures, I'd suggest running through it to catch em.

Ice is still listed as one-handed but is also listed as two-handed now, pretty sure it's just a two hander - Fixed Beta 7.1

the textures my note did pick up on was this:

unable to find mesh sib_lombardy
unable to find mesh no_head

I'd be more than happy to help you with scenes and fixing character appearances but unfortunately I have no idea how to do it and I'm about to enter a maelstrom in real life so I don't really have the time to learn at the moment, I'll let you know if that changes though

Bugs as I'm playing:

Idk if this is intended or not but when I talk to companions i only get 3 options, none of which are to equip them w/ anything, only thing I can do is change their skills, I can't send them out to get me rights to rule

would like an option in camp mod to shut off weather effects and time of day
also for mod options would like to see an option where it allows you to increase the number of units allowed per battle and how many reinforcment waves are allowed

certain trees and bushes on maps cause units to get stuck when pathing, could you look into removing these things?

Ice the sword is shown as a one-handed sword but it was actually a Greatsword two-hander

city scene's that need to be re-done (because they look like I would expect gaelic cities to look like in the dark ages)

another thing that is kinda peeving me is that I'm only allowed 20 prisoners, there is no prisoner management on the character sheet (that I saw) so maybe add it or make it so we can have unlimited prisoners, kinda like honorable men in Cozurs mod (only other warband I'v played, never played Vanilla). - As Snuff said, is calculated on how large your party is.
Also would be nice to be able to make businesses in cities right away rather than having to do a quest or win a competition first. - This is really to curb the ammount of businesses and make it a little harder to poses them.

almost all character portraits/avatars need to be re-vamped, I have very rarely found someone in the game that is described as they are in the books or appear in the show thus-far. - Would be awesome if someone wants to take up the challenge of editing all the face codes ;p ??

just go through the cheatmenu and find item, you should pick up a few RGL errors every page, also when i go to take a walk in towns rgl errors pop up, idk if it's people causing the problem or what they have equiped

as for the guild master in Winterfel, I found him

also didn't realize that once you've met the guildmaster you could easy access him w/ the "visit the sites" (?) options, the only other M&B I have ever played is cozurs and that option has always been on the main page for cities

for guild masters, you need to complete a quest before they will let you start an enterprise, when you go to create an enterprise and decide it's not economical enough it puts you back to the home page of the guild master instead of the list of enterprises (it's kinda annoying).

fairmarket, and anything else Bryden Tully's should have a Blackfish banner instead of the Tully banner

no bridge between Riverun and Fairmarket

1st day in my 2nd playthrough House Tyrell and House Tully made a defensive pact

when defeating enemy parties and getting loot there is no option to let your companions take the leftover loot as not to clutter your inventory so your left leaving all that money there once you exit the screen

a lot of Greyjoy cloths just show up at white voids, kinda funny just seeing a floating head, hands, and 2 feet on the ground

Hornwood is currently a village and should be a castle owned by one of the Manderly's or if you wish Donnela Manderly (Ramsey Snow kills her in an attempt to steal her land by marriage after her husband dies in ACOK), or could have Larence Snow own it, bastard of Hornwood.
Bear Island is currently a village and should be a castle owned by Maege Mormont
The Rill's should be a castle on the western side of the north owned by Rodrik Ryswell, Heir Roger Ryswell could also control a warband
Barrowtown should be owned by Barbrey Ryswell not Rickard Karstark
Lady Lyessa Flint owns Widows Watch now Helman Tallhart
Cerwyn Castle needs to be added owned by Medger Cerwyn, his heir Cley Cerwyn travels w/ Robb Stark, could also control a warband

The Riverlands:

you may ask why I went through all of westeros and did this, well I want this mod to be as accurate as possible and if we are going to be killing off lords there should at least be A LOT of them with A LOT of fiefs, I think I hit all the missing castles and towns, you can add villages (more for some places depending on how important the locations are) I know this is Ultra Alpha but once you get these in the game you won't have to worry much about anything else except maybe moving them around depending on the information we get from GRRM from here on out

also while looking around the map some Towns are hard to identify and look like castles, could you look into clearing that up, like making it obvious for stupid people like me whats a castle and what is a town.

also I'v noticed that the diplomacy is not locked and would suggest doing that for Westeros for the time being as I stated earlier, the Martells went to war with the Lannisters on the 2nd day, kinda game-breaking, having wars declared through events that happen at certain dates and alliances based on the show that are unbreakable would probably be best as well as locking some lords into their kingdoms like Gregor Clegan, would be lore-breaking if he defected to anywere else. anyway, I'll test this out more tommorrow, just wanted to throw some obvious stuff out there first

got that RGL warning in almost every town I went, had to keep minimizing the game to make the message go away and play again, eventually I got tired of it and quit

other than that when visiting towns meeting w/ the guildmaster is not an option even after you've found him (I can't find the one in Winterfel if there is one) - need to use the visit sights of the town menu

Raventree Hall should be on the other side of the river, Fairmarkets side

Selyse Florent is bald

when I first entered White Harbor I couldn't tab out, had to save then re-lead to appear out of the town, also White Harbor was the only town I could buy a enterprise, but that could be because I went to Winterfel next and did the inn keeps bounty which might have ruined my reputation with everyone

also when you enter the great hall of Kings Landing there are several of each kingsguard, like 2 Preston Greenfields ect...

This, I had this idea and proposed it to Cozur but never heard anything since I'm pretty sure slavery is illegal in all of Westeros not just the North, very glad you implemented this and went further with it by adding honor and relation to the Nights Watch faction.
