Viewing Character Menu & Party Morale Stats Breaks Companion Missions

Clicking the character tab to view things such as party morale or access skills will break companion missions. Reports will claim "whereabouts unknown", but they will still retain the original return time, e.g. 3 weeks for right to rule. Upon returning, they simply ask if you're ready to take them back & whatever mission they were sent on is not complete. This is particularly annoying for right to rule missions & also breaks diplomacy missions they may be sent on.
