Robb Stark in Winterfell after his death

It's day 270ish and Robb Stark's party, all 460 of them, are garrisoned in Winterfell. Roose Bolton is the Lord Paramount of the North etc. as normal, but Robb is still there, doubling the military strength of Winterfell and only greeting me with a "surrender or die, make your choice" when I speak to him in the lord's hall. Has this been fixed for version 8?
