IIRC, invisible Vale armour should be fixed for 2.2.

I'm pretty sure it's NOT fixed in 2.2.

If it still isn't working for you then you need to do a full re-install of 2.0 & 2.2 as mine is fixed perfectly. Also, use the modDB version, instead of the steam version, the steam version has some issues right now.

I created an account to tell you that it can be one (or more) of three things:
1. A pirated copy of Warband (Because corrupted files)
2. DirectX problem
3. Corrupted mod files

Solutions:
1. Buy the game, you silly (Or download a different illegal version. Who am i to judge?)
2. Repair DirectX on your computer.
3. Redownload the mod :/

i have seen this issue too with some other soldiers...reach levy if im not mistaken...but will play again tonight and see which ones appear invisible after a certain distance

If this is still true for 2.5 then please make a new post with details and screenshots if possible. I will lock this one as it is out of date.
