Crash on loading screen

One: this mod looks amazing honestly ive been dying to play it. That being said every time i go to launch the game the loading bar begins to move up slowly then crashes stating it was a runtime error. Only this mod seems to be running into this issue. Please help solve this i am running the most up to date version on steam i checked the integrity i have the patch installed but nothing is working. Thank you for your time
