Crownland Peasants?

Where can i aquire them, they seem very well rounded?

Ageon / Targaryen has invaded but their villages still only produce stormland peasants.

From experience when you take a place your villages make Crownland peasants, even when i changed the culture policies i still keep getting crownland (a bug?)

They are decent troops but far from the best around
Last upgrade for foot soldier don't have shield (a big problem)
Cavalry horses have low armor
For archers either go full Night Watch or just go for the cheap from the Reach, Crownlands archer aren't worth it
