I have had two play through so far and boy he times the free folk and westerlands get wiped out within a hundred days and then all war stops and become mes very stale is there a way to have factions go to war easier  and stop the free folk and westerlanfs getting wiped out so quick

Well, you could try and help either of them. Or you could try and persuade other lords to goto war.

I shall be addressing balance issues for the next update hopefully.

Good to hear, however i will never fight for the Lannisters  ;)

Anyway, is this a issue of faction relations? Even after countless border incidents no one starts a war.

Yeah. Ive re-written some of the random war codes this morning. So random wars should now take place and Westeros and Essos are counted as separate entities. Meaning they wont inter war with each other.

More work needs to be done to make it how I see ideal. But its a lot of work a mod within itself to change all the diplomacy in warband.

WOW! That is awsome! I hope though that it will still be possible to make westeros factions want to conquer essos, and I also hope targs won't be affected by seperation...

You can still intervene and do the usual quests etc to make factions war.  It needs fully testing to see how it plays out. So far in my tests its kept factions from across the waters warring with each other, but although pacts etc do start , it takes a while for much to happen.

What do you call "a while"? Cause a war realistically can last about two months(that's my opinion).
