Hello,
I have started a few games with this mod. And, sadly, during my last two games, I can't validate the quest after killing the raiders at the farm. There is no option to validate the quest when I am talking to Robb Stark.
Am I missing something I didn't miss earlier or it this a sudden bug?
Thank you for letting me know as soon as possible. It would be quite boring to miss what seems to be the main quest.

Fixed in version 2.0, not released yet, it's in the changelog:
The 'Lands of Always Winter' quest will now allow you to finish if you initiate the battle.
Ok. Winter is Coming and The Lands of Always Winter are the same quest?
Do we know when the 2.0 is supposed to be available?

Ah wow, you're talking about one of the previous quests. What mod version are you using? This "bug" was solved a few versions ago.
Indeed. I am using what is, I guess, the last version: the 1.3 provided on the Steam workshop.
The strange thing is that it worked during let's say my 5 first games. And then, for no real reason, it's not working with my new games. The mod has been reinstalled, but it's still not working. There is no dialogue option to validate the quest when talking to Robb after having defended the farmhouse.
