Where can i find the Steel Great Helm (armor 60)? I see it in the item menu (cheatmenu)

Some items available in the cheat menu aren't actually available to purchase in game that's likely one of them.
I believe that helm with a starting armor of 60 is the one used by The Mountain, Ser Gregor Clegane.
Beside the Clegane Helmet are other steel helmets in the item menu, but those are vanilla i believe...

With base armor of 60 I think it's the only one.
