so i made a new game, went to robb for the first quest, then asked him to be his vassal he accepted. that was waaaaaay to early in game wasnt it? so is this a bug or was it meant to be this way version 2.2
I will test this out later, it does seem a bit early but I suppose it depends on your relation with him. It's not impossible.

my relation is 6, i only opened a new game, and only did his first quest that i get from kingslanding and then accepted the other quest he gives me.
Very weird, I will start a new game later to try this, what is your renown at the point of speaking to him? Ans did you start your character as a noble?
