Title: Stuck on load screen (with guys climbing in the snow) and there is no menu

I just installed 4.1 and I try to startup but I am stuck on load screen (with guys climbing in the snow) and there is no menu to move on or anything.

Have you edited any files? Where did you download the mod? Is it a clean install? Are you attempting to use an old save file?
