Noob problem: Ships

first thanks for this amazing mod! It's very complete and a pleasure to play it.
I don't understand how works ship travel: how many men put in? I can't embark and sail...

Hmm someone else once reported a bug that they couldn't embark even with the required men. I shall take a look.
