Game freezes and crashes

One of the biggest problems is when i go to the bridge of bones, if the game does not crash instantly, i get in and the fps gets so bad that the game keeps freezing and unfreezing. It also seems to start happening in normal battles.

Computer Specs:
i7 4930k OC to 4.1
GTX 980
32gb Ram


I also use WSEloader to launch my game, i dont know if they affects this mod, it doesnt with any others.
