Game Crashes after short time playing in 1.3

Ok, is strange because I can play a short time and then the game crashes, what can I do?

I'm in day 6, and near of castle black. (Sorry for my English, I'm not English)

And I have the Version 1.3 (Patch), too I have a mod for upgrade the graphics.
