Downloaded mod, unzipped and placed in steam but doesn't work

Hi there,

I've downloaded the mod, then downloaded something (7-zip file manager) to unzip it with. which seems to have worked, then I placed the latest mod with the extra patch in documents under 'mount&blade: warband'. which didn't work. So I placed the files inside steam/steamapps/common/mountbladewarband/modules ... then restarted steam and it still doesn't work, as no option comes up to play it when I go on warband on steam. So not sure how to make it playable.

The newest version is 1.3, but it comes in form of a patch.
Make sure you have downloaded 1.2 and after that applied 1.3 patch.

The path to the mod should look something like this:
steam/steamapps/common/mountbladewarband/modules/A World of Ice and Fire
