I really really want to start the Targaryen invasion and I've been looking all over King's Landing for Varys and I can't seem to find him anywhere. And yes, I've looked around the Sept of Baelor. Did I mess something up orrr? Because I'm not even seeing him in the character list.
I'm 70~ days in and I've only started looking for him recently, could that possibly be an issue?

EDIT: Welp, it's all good. I started a new game (imported my character) and found Varys in the Great Hall.
Worth it.
He's in the Lord's hall in King's Landing, next to Baelish and Pycelle
