in my second playthrough I cannot seem to find Brienne of Tarth at all, Currently in day 192, I've checked every single tavern and still I cannot find her anywhere. Anyone else run into this issue?

You just get unlucky. She's there, trust me. I've modded the companions, including Brienne of Tarth
