Title: Unable to enable Special Orders in Mod Preferences Settings?

Everytime I tick it on so that my troops can volley, spear brace, whatever and click done, it is not enabled when I check the Mod Preferences again?
Also, when I tick on spear/lance horse fix options, they will be unticked after a battle ONLY if I plan out the battle (ie. give pre-battle orders to my troops)

Anyway to fix both of these?
