Where do i change the culture of my faction? Cant seem to find it with any of my advisors.
You can't, you get the culture you selected from the beginning
You can actually change your culture, but you need a companion as your minister first.
I have a companion as a minister but still no option

I can't either find the option, that's why I thought you can't. You could before but now I can't see it
You have to be affiliated with that culture in some way. Either have a companion from that culture or whatever location you took.
If for instance you chose northern as a starting choice, you have a northern castle and a companion from the north then the only culture you can choose is Northern.
