Hello, is there a way to convince your king to make peace with other factions? We've been at war with the reach for 200 days now...

Any input guys? I was told you need to ask the guild master of any city, but i still get random quests. Im a vassal of stannis, we've been at war with the reach for 300+ days
Also, do other faction ever stop wars like in the vanilla game? The riverlands totally destroyed the westerlands, who only kept kings landing and a castle. Yet, then dont make peace..
It should work the same as in vanilla, just bare in mind it may take a little more to make peace due to the nature of the game. ie, the Lannisters and Riverlands are meant to be at war.
