v4.3.6 Instant death at start of 2nd phase of siege

Bug description:

On the 2nd phase of a siege battle (Cider Hall) for the inner keep, my character who's attacking instantly dies with zero health when the map opens up. He's at the base of a stairway and there's no enemies nearby. It happened twice but I didn't get a screenshot, might attempt again. I reloaded the same save and attacked Stony Sept, the game also crashed with a C++ error on the load screen for the second phase of the siege attack on that town.
