Robb Stark is left alive after the Red Wedding event. He's been captive in Winterfell for hundreds of days now and never leaves. I see no impact on gameplay (besides reinforcing Winterfell), since Roose Bolton is functioning as the North's leader and Robb doesn't even show up in the lord or character list, but it's lore-breaking to see him in the castle, and his reply is uncharacteristic: https://imgur.com/a/ty05dXW  ;D

Note that I chose to side with the Starks and Tullies when prompted, but did not attend the wedding before it happened.
