bug or balancing?

Hi Produno,

I'm just curious about an issue i ran into looking at the troop trees.

For example looking at Vales Cavalry units, the last tier uses weaker armor than second tier. Same with Westerlands. And i believe I saw this with some other factions, too.
It also feels al little wierd, at least to me, that some plate armor are set to medium where as other ones are heavy?

There was a thread about it before. Can't find it though but it is intended, they have slightly better stats and are faster.
