I had this once and had to give marshall to someone else and it fixed it straight away.

Hey, so after alot of work Tywin lannister agreed to marry me to cersei, problem is the wedding never happens. Everyconvo with him starts with hin saying the wedding will happen soon but nothing happens. Tried ending the campaign (as marshall) and ending all wars, but he just sits in riverrun, idle.

Any ideas how to fix this?
