It would appear that Ser Jaremy Mallister is simultaneously imprisoned by The Reach forces at Saltpans, Lord Harroway's Town, Riverrun, Stoney Sept, Blackcrown, and The Arbor.

In the meanwhile, Ser Dafyn Vance is doing simultaneous hard labour in both The Reach prison at Saltpans and the Westerlands prison at Kings Landing.

And don't get me started on 'The Hound'... perhaps renaming him 'The Quintuplet' would be a more appropriate title.
