I would contend that the equation (in its current form) yields results that are grossly unrealistic and unnecessarily overpowered

Stamina uses an equation from various skills, so they just have much higher skills than you.

Using Logic, Reason, and Intellectual honesty, please explain how a completely unencumbered player character (i.e. only in his breeches) can only jog three times around the tournament arena at Saltpans before succumbing to fatigue: whereas heavily armoured and armed (potentially injured) opponents can both keep pace and outendure said player character...
