White Walkers in 2.5.1

well i cant see any party of White walkers  for the quest of land of always winter, I'm in the day 90 (static war mode) and looks like the party of WW has been defeated :'v my question is : is there a bug in this? i restart the game and i see only one party, why only one party? in the version 2.2 i see a lot of white walkers party :c

You have to got at the really top of the map ( north-west in my case, and at the north of the Giant's lair), you will see a party with 70 whitewalkers. (IF you don't you can always use ctrl+T to see the troops around.
