This is something that the developer knows about. As for your second point you might be better posting that in the suggestions section.

So the lord's companions can be both in prison and in that lord's army.
Also can we get other lords companion by releasing them from prison?
I think it would be the best next addition to the mod.
Or just any way to get lord's companions. Just imagine having John Snow , Jamie Lannister,  Ygrite, The Hound!
