You couldn't have updated properly. Does it say 2.51 on the main screen? I double checked and they were definitely removed. I didn't swap them for spears as I thought, I just removed them.

I did everything fine. It clearly says v2.51 on the main screen :). Doesn't matter, removed them via morghs.

Which troops? I swapped them for spears, unless i missed some? Though im pretty sure I didn't.

In my game all mounted troops have them, nothing is changed for me.. Here are some examples:

I've updated the mod to v2.51 and started the new game. I don't know how is this possible.

I did both update a game and start the new one, but banners are still there. I'll simply remove them manually, then.

19. Mounted troops holding a banner don't attack nor do they defend themselves. They are literally a punching bag.
I thought this was fixed in 2.51?

The banners were removed for 2.51 so either he has not updated or maybe needs a new game for some troops to change gear.

17. https://prnt.sc/h319h8 This dialogue doesn't make any sense, especially when me and bannermen are besieging a castle with 1000+ or 2000+ men, and an enemy garrison is barely 100 men strong.
Every time I ask someone to surrender, this is their response, even when they're heavily outnumbered.

18. In Static Wars mode, Dragonstone declared war upon The Westerland twice,  ;D. First time was when I delivered the letter to Stannis, and second one was random, 100+ days later. Not really an error, but just to let you know.

Hey the spawn in for the 'guards' in lord Harroway's town when you try to sneak in is right on top of the player.

Here's a fix for it, if that wasn't intended. Player had a guard spawn behind his back, so I moved player's spawn closer to the tavern.

Not very far, guards are still within few metres, but now you have some time to react/run away. There were also some flying sacks.

16. https://prnt.sc/h11gud <--- Crow's Nest

Every time, few soldiers just stand there, on top of the wall and block the entire army.

Hmm, I can't replicate this issue. They seem to pass normally through the siege ladder. When did they got stuck? At the end of the battle? Maybe some enemy units were on a house roof or other inaccessible place? Were those archers, who were told to avoid melee?

It seems that this is a native scene, there shouldn't much problems with it...

At the beginning. Some passed and then all of the sudden this happened. I ordered them all to charge, but these few just stood there and did nothing, they weren't even defending themselves against an enemy. And this is not the only scene where they stay still and do nothing, but this is the only scene where they block a passage.

And to answer your last question, no! Those were not archers.
