[BUG 2.0] Winter is coming quest broken

After i saved the farmstead i go see Robb Stark and nothing appears in dialogues...

Yes the one with the Clansmen base... we can't do two same time ?

I had the same (destroy clansmen base) Winter is comming quest worked without any bugs.

I remenber i did the two quest same time in previous version, so i was surpised i couldn't do it this time, i will try with 2.1
