You need to specify exactly how you are blocked, but if you really can't get out just use thie following procedure: Go on the map to the location you want to move unto, hold CTRL and double-click on the target location. This cheat is known as "Teleporting", you can abuse it or just use it sparsingly idc.

Valyrian Steel is in Qohor, not Bravoos. How did you go to Bravoos? Do you have any ships?
