What party was you defeated by? What type of battle?

[AWoIaF v1.3] Zero people in my party (I am not in my own party).
How to reproduce it/when/why it happens:
After I was defeated in battle. I had zero people in my party not even my own character.
Because of this i could not move or do any action. Few secends later my game crashed.
My computer specs:

RAM: 16 GB
