1.3 Targaryen Claimant not appearing

First I wanted to thank you for designing this mod so careful and lovely. The details and dedication seen are amazing, it's a true work of art.

I got some question though concerning the appearance of Daenerys Targaryen.
I wanted to install her blondeness on the Iron Throne, since I saw her in the characters log as a claimant to the Targaryen Rulership.
After their Invasion was launched (under her brother as leader) they took 2 Castles, but said lady didn't appear at any Court to receive my vow of allegiance for two ingame months.
I am no ones vassal at the moment, if that's of any importance.
