Help & Support / Re: Save games

Steam don't save the modules from workshop in the modules folders, it saves it in the steamlibrary\workshop\content\ folder. Inside here there is the 48700 folder, containing all warband modules downloaded from workshop

It's weird, because it saves the save file to your documents folder, path like c:\users\user\documents\mount & blade warband in windows, or are you using mac?

I Play as a Targaryen, is it right that their Troops are Crownlands? So the Targaryen Invasion Army would also use Crownlands? Or did they Have Faction Specific Troops and can i Recruit their Peasants after i Take Castles from them? (Varis Questline is complete they just didnt Show up atm in my Game, but play as a Targaryen and didnt get Targaryen Troops is really a Shame)
From the unreleased 2.0 patch notes:
Targaryen starting culture has now been changed to Valyrian
I hope that answers that question

Help & Support / Re: Performance issue HELP!
July 28, 2017, 02:18:05 PM
Cool! I'll try that myself incrementing troops until I see lag and see if that makes make game smoother with more people fighting. I took a look at official forums and looks like the best value is putting half your gpu memory, I'll test that and write a chapter in the post about performance.

Question 1: You can do quests for village elder, he will hand you quests sometimes
Question 2: You only need to spend the night on a town or a castle, the your men will gain morale. On next version, your men will gain morale if sleeping in your own camp.

Help & Support / Re: Huge framerate loss when playing mod

Are u using the steam version? If yes, you can try using steamos, the game is supported in that os. It's linux, so your laptop will work better and there you can download the mod from workshop. Maybe will be worth a try
EDIT: I've just installed Linux Mint (ubuntu sources) and then installed steam on a virtualbox machine, to try steam on linux, that works too, mount and blade appears for downloading as linux working game. It's easier to install ubuntu or mint than steamos

Visum, first, a warning, you're asking for help on a free forums for a free mod, try to be kind otherwise I'll have to close the topic.
Second, in fact, there is a 4570 desktop card:
https://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/2076/radeon-hd-4570
So, please, provide all the details that can be important for your help, when asking for it.
Being the mobility gpu it is, i'm pretty sure your only solution is to make as Produno said, because the mod is heavy and pushes your computer beyond its capabilities.

Visum,
Buying a new pc is a solution, buy expensive, of course, but only upgrading your gpu for about 50$ will make your life better
Radeon HD 4570 vs GeForce GT 720
GPU brand ATI Nvidia
GPU name RV710 GK118
Clock speed 650 MHz 967 MHz
Shading units 80 384
Texture mapping units 8 16
Render output processors 4 8
Pixel rate 2.6 GPixel/s 7.74 GPixel/s
Texture rate 5.2 GTexel/s 15.47 GTexel/s
Floating-point performance 104 GFLOPS 742.7 GFLOPS
Memory clock speed 500 MHz 900 MHz
Effective memory clock speed 1,000 MHz 1,800 MHz
Memory bus 64 bit 64 bit
Memory 512 MB 2,048 MB
Memory type DDR2 DDR3
Memory bandwidth 8 GB/s 14.4 GB/s
TDP 25W 19W
The geforce 720 is not a great card, but is miles ahead of your old gpu and only 50$. For 70$ you have 730, much better or 80$ an AMD RX 550.
